We are a locally owned small business but we offer our services to the across a much wider area. While were based out of Tullahoma, we have provided services in Tullahoma, Manchester, Winchester, Cowan, Decherd, Fayetteville, Shelbyville, Lynchburg, Estill Springs, and Sewanee, TN. While most of our customers reside in Coffee County, Franklin County, Moore County, Lincoln County, and Bedford County, we are happy to provide our services in Middle Tennessee including Rutherford County, Cannon County, Warren County, Grundy County and any of the nearby region. What health risks does Mold Exposure present?

There are many serious health risks for short and long term exposure to mold. Here’s a few:

• Allergic reactions, including sneezing, runny nose, red eyes, and skin rashes can be triggered.

• Chronic sinus infections

• Long-term exposure to mold can weaken the immune system, making it harder for your body to fight off infections and illnesses. This is especially concerning for young children, the elderly, and those with compromised immune systems.

• Certain types of mold, such as Stachybotrys Chartarum (black mold), can produce mycotoxins that cause more severe health issues, including neurological symptoms, chronic fatigue, and even lung damage.

• Exposure to mold has also been linked to mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and cognitive difficulties. The stress and discomfort caused by mold-related health problems can significantly affect your quality of life.

Why aren’t prices listed?

Inspections are usually free (if you need a giant skyscraper inspected, we might need to talk). Without knowing how bad what we’re dealing with and the size of the space, it’s hard to provide estimates. Sometimes, there’s sincerely nothing going on that needs addressed. If you take your car to a mechanic but don’t know the issue, they can’t quote a repair. It’s somewhat similar here, but we always provide photos and are willing to discuss to the level of your interest and comfort. We never use high pressure tactics or “sales moves” and we’ll always provide picture and explanations before we begin.
